Let's say, you're going on a long road trip! 😃




Imagine your journey like a road trip with a full tank (400 miles)!


Imagine your journey like a road trip with a full tank (400 miles).

🚗 Day one, you cover 200 miles. Instead of refueling, you just add 50 miles of gas (totaling 250 miles in the tank).

🚗 Next day, you drive 100 miles. Again, only enough gas for 50 miles. Now, you're left with 200 miles in the tank.

🚗 Day three, you travel 150 miles. Feeling too wiped out to refuel, you call it a night.

🚗 Fourth day, you hop back in to drive another 100 miles...



Now, swap that road trip with your training plan and food as your fuel.

Remember, fueling your body before and after workouts is key. Often, I notice folks aiming to shed weight by cutting calories during intense training. Weight loss can work, but it needs a cautious approach so you don't train on an empty tank.
